INFORMATION:

  • We do not accept parcels sent to us on delivery, parcel in motion or parcel machines.
  • Every advertised product should be properly packed and secured. In the event of a substantiated complaint, damaged goods will be repaired or replaced with a new one, and if this is impossible, swiatzamkow.pl will reimburse all transaction costs incurred by the Customer (excluding transport costs - courier), refunds of transaction costs are carried out by bank transfer.
  • Complaint processing time is 14 days. Complaints are dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 23.04.1964. Civil Code.
